SMS Consent
How the private AIFeeSchedule Hermes assistant uses SMS — who may enroll, what messages it sends, and how to opt in or opt out.
1. Who sends these messages
AIFeeSchedule Hermesis a private, low-volume AI productivity assistant used only by AIFeeSchedule’s business owner and individually authorized personnel. It replies conversationally to requests those users make of it. It is not advertising, customer marketing, lead generation, cold outreach, or bulk messaging, and it never sends messages to purchased lists.
2. What messages you may receive
After you have opted in, AIFeeSchedule Hermes may send you:
- Requested AI-generated answers and research summaries to questions you send.
- Personal and business reminders.
- Task updates and operational notifications.
- Links to longer requested responses.
Every message is a response to something you asked Hermes to do or a reminder you set up.
3. Who can enroll
Only AIFeeSchedule’s business owner and individually authorized personnel may enroll. Being an employee, contractor, or family member is never treated as consent. A mobile number is added to Hermes’s private authorized-user configuration only after that user has explicitly opted in for themselves.
4. How to opt in
Enrollment is not yet open. A verified AIFeeSchedule Hermes sender number has not been published on this page yet, so no opt-in number is shown here. We never send a message to solicit consent. When a verified sender number is available, this section will be updated with the number and instructions for opting in.
5. Message frequency, rates, and opting out
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Reply HELP for help.
6. Privacy and terms
For details on the mobile data we collect and how it is handled, including that mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
