By accessing or using AIFeeSchedule (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AIFeeSchedule provides automated dental insurance fee schedule processing, including document upload, optical character recognition (OCR), data extraction, review, comparison, and export functionality. The Service is provided on a credit-based pricing model.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of processing dental fee schedule documents. You may not upload documents containing malware, use the Service to violate any laws, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Credits and Payments
Credits are required to export processed fee schedules. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your cumulative purchase history.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in OCR processing, we do not guarantee that extracted data will be error-free. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted data before use.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
